What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ starts from 50 - 100 pieces for most drain pumps, magnetrons and motor parts, and from 200 pieces for control boards and sensors. Mixed-model trial orders are accepted to help you test the market before scaling.

How long is the lead time?

Stock items ship in 3 - 7 days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order batches take 15 - 25 days depending on quantity and packaging requirements. Peak season (Aug - Oct) may add 5 - 7 days.

Do you support OEM packaging and labeling?

Yes. We provide neutral packaging, custom color boxes, your logo printing and barcode labeling. OEM packaging usually requires 500 - 1,000 pieces per model and 5 - 7 extra days for printing.

What warranty do you offer on spare parts?

Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment date for motors, magnetrons and control boards, and 6 months for consumable items such as carbon brushes and filters. Defective rate above the agreed threshold is replaced or credited in the next order.

Which shipping methods do you handle?

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small parcels, air freight for urgent 50 - 300 kg orders, and sea LCL or FCL for wholesale volumes. We support FOB Shenzhen, FOB Ningbo and CIF terms, and can consolidate multiple categories into one container.

What are your payment terms?

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard. PayPal and Western Union are accepted for sample orders. For repeat buyers we can discuss O/A terms after several successful shipments.

Are these original brand parts?
